Shipping Information
Your Canine/Feline Box Club will be shipped based on the schedule you selected at checkout—either every 3 months or every 6 months, depending on your pet's profile and needs. If you chose local pickup, we'll notify you via email or SMS when your box is ready.
Need to update your shipping schedule or switch to pickup? You can make changes anytime through your account portal.
Please note: All changes must be made at least 2 weeks before your next scheduled shipment or pickup to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each box is personalized for your pet, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
